Albert Pollak, Vienna, transfered from the Office for the Protection of Monuments ('Denkmalamt'), the Central Office for the Protection of Monuments ('Zentralstelle für Denkmalschutz' ) in 1941, restituted in 1948, reobtained as presentation in 1951 in the course of an export proceeding.

In its meeting of 23 January 2001 the Advisory Board unanimously reached the following decision: The Advisory Board recommends to the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture that the hereinafter called art object from the graphic collection of the Albertina be handed over to the heirs of Albert Pollak. The object was handed over to the heirs of Albert Pollak in February, 2021.
