In its meeting of March 20, 2009 the Advisory Board unanimously reached the following decision: The Advisory Board recommends to the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture that the musical instruments of the Collection of Old Musical Instruments from the Kunsthistorische Museum (Museum of Art History) be handed over to the legal successors of Felix and Josefine Löw-Beer. The aforementioned musical instruments are listed in the file and designated with Collection Felix and Josefine Löw-Beer.The musical instrument was handed over to the heirs on June 28, 2010.
