In its meeting on 29 June 2021 the Art Restitution Advisory Board reached the following decision: The Art Restitution Advisory Board recommends to the Federal Minister for Arts, Culture, the Civil Service and Sport that the hereinafter called art object from the MAK be handed over to the heirs of Dr. Alfred Kirchenberger.
