Description
Unbleached woven cotton bonnet with colorful geometric embroidery at the front and the back in orange, blue, red and white. Colorful bobbin work as a decorative band along the front edge, particularly fine. There are two bright colored bobbined bands among colorful embroidery, also on the back. The top of the bonnet is pleated at the back. Slovakia. 1850-1914.
