Description
Cylindrical vessel made of red fired earthenware. The vessel is sculptured as part of a tree trunk, plants also entwine around the angular handle. Sculpturally modelled scene of Adam and Eve next to a tree trunk around which the snake winds. Light slipware inside, dark slipware outside, colourless transparent glaze on top. Motif: Adam und Eve. Height: 25,5 cm. Diameter: 12cm. Date: 1893.
